30 Palestinian prisoners in the occupation detention centers gain their freedom

Occupied Al-Quds (ST) – At dawn today, 30 Palestinians prisoners in the Israeli occupation detention centers gained their freedom in exchange for 10 Israeli prisoners, held by the Palestinian resistance, as part of the temporary truce agreement that was extended on Tuesday for two additional days.

During the past four days of the temporary truce agreement, 150 Palestinian prisoners were released from the occupation detention centers in exchange for the resistance’s release of 50 Israeli  prisoners.

The Palestinian resistance announced on Monday that an agreement had been reached to extend the temporary truce in Gaza Strip for two more days under the same conditions as the previous truce. The truce included the release of a number of Palestinian child prisoners held by the Israeli occupation in exchange for a number of occupation detainees held by the Palestinian resistance, in addition to the entry of relief and medical aid and quantities of fuel into the Strip.

The temporary truce agreement in the Strip was put under implementation Friday morning after 48 days of Israeli brutal aggression, which resulted in the martyrdom of more than 15,000 Palestinians and the injury of more than 36,000.
