19 Palestinians martyred, dozens wounded on the 157th day of the ongoing occupation against the Gaza Strip

 

19 Palestinians were martyred and dozens were injured today as a result of the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression for the 157th day against the stricken Gaza Strip.

Wafa Agency reported that during the past hours, the occupation warplanes bombed homes in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City and east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, leading to the death of 19 Palestinians and the injury of dozens.

The occupation artillery bombed Al Sabrah neighborhood and areas east of Khan Yunis south of the Strip which led to the injury of a number of Palestinians. The occupation aircraft also bombed Al Shati camp west of Gaza City, and the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement today that the number of victims of the ongoing occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip for the 157th day reached 31,112 martyrs and 72,760 wounded, 72 percent of whom were children and women, while the number of martyrs due to malnutrition and dehydration reached 25.
