17 rockets and shells hit Damascus and its suburb

DAMASCUS,(ST)_At least 10 rockets hit today several urban areas in Damascus, killing one person and wounding 8 others, according to a police command source.

The source clarified that the rockets, which were fired by terrorists, hit areas of Mazzeh, Masaken Barzeh and al-Mazraa and al-Jahez park in Damascus.

“The terror attack killed one person and wounded 8 others,” the source said, adding that several cars, shops and homes were damaged by the attack.

A source in Mowasa Hospital declared that the hospital received 8 persons, including 6 children.

later on, it was reported that two rockets hit Arnos square in Damascus, killing at least 9 persons and wounding 13 others.

More 5 persons were wounded when 7 mortar rounds landed on shops and homes in Daheyet Harasta suburb in Damascus countryside.

The US, France, UK, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Israel support terrorist organizations in Syria.
