165 Palestinians martyred, 250 others injured on 85th day of Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Saturday that the Israeli occupation forces committed 14 massacres today, resulting in the martyrdom of 165 and the injury of 250 others. It pointed out that number of martyrs as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for the 85th day has climbed to 21,672 and the number of the wounded has reached 56,165, while thousands are still missing. The ministry indicated that 70% of the victims of the aggression are children and women.

The ministry explained that the occupation’s attacks on the health system have led to the martyrdom of 312 of its staff, put 23 hospitals and 53 health centers out of service and caused destruction to 104 ambulances, indicating that the occupation is still holding 99 medical staff as detainees, including hospital directors in northern Gaza.
