The number of the planes that arrived on Saturday in the airports of Damascus, Aleppo and Lattakia, carrying humanitarian assistance to the people affected by the earthquake in Syria, reached 15.
According to SANA, 9 of these planes were sent by the United Arab Emirates (UAE), 3 by Iraq, 2 by Russia and 2 by Libya.
The Emirati planes carried 304 tons of aid, including food, blankets, clothes, medical beds and mattresses for filed hospitals, while the Russian planes carried 52 tons of relief aid including tents, blankets, clothes and food.
The Iraqi and Libyan planes also carried dozens of tons of relief aid to the affected people.
