The Supreme Presidential Committee for Churches Affairs requests international protection for the people of Palestine

The Supreme Presidential Committee for Churches Affairs in Palestine renewed its call on the international community to provide international protection for the Palestinian people, to stop the ongoing crimes of the occupation against them, and to hold the perpetrators accountable.

In a statement carried by Wafa Agency, the committee condemned the continuous brutal violations of the occupation against the Palestinians. The committee further condemned and the occupation’s daily attacks on Palestinian cities and towns in clear violation of international norms and conventions, the latest of which was the occupation’s storming of Jenin, and the accompanying crimes amounting to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

A Palestinian child was martyred today as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ assault on him in the town of Tekoa, east of Bethlehem in the West Bank.
