Damascus (ST)-The Minister of Education, Dr. Mohammed Amer Al-Mardini, stressed the importance of the participation of Syrian students in the Interdome camp, which is held by the Russian Federation, to benefit from the experiences of students of other countries, develop skills and exchange experiences.
During his meeting with the Syrian student delegation on Saturday before travelling to Russia to participate in the camp, al-Mardini pointed to the importance of representing their country best and expressing its civilizational image.
Ten Syrian students are participating in the camp, selected from those who are excelled in the Russian language. They are students who obtain the full mark in the seventh grade.
The camp will last for two months, and it aims to develop students’ skills in the Russian language and to participate in recreational and cultural activities.
