Iran, P5+1 Face Daunting Task in Vienna N-talks

Representatives of Iran and the P5+1 group face "the daunting task" of narrowing their differences in the upcoming nuclear talks in the Austrian capital city of Vienna.

Experts from Iran and the five permanent UN Security Council members plus Germany – aka P5+1 -on Thursday ended their latest round of talks in New York, which were held on the sidelines of the 2015 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), said Hamid Baeidinejad, who also serves as the Iranian Foreign Ministry’s director general for political affairs.

Iran Blasts US, Saudi Arabia for Supporting Al-Qaeda in Yemen

Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani lashed out at the US and its allies for helping the Al-Qaeda against the revolutionary forces in Yemen.

"Becoming an ally of al-Qaeda in Yemen to fight the will of the people is recorded as a historical shame for the US and its allies," Shamkhani said, addressing a ceremony in the Southern province of Khuzestan on Friday.

Saudi Warplanes Hit Yemen's Faj Attan With Banned Weapons

The Saudi warplanes pounded Faj Attan in the countryside of Sana'a with banned bombs a few hours ago, FNA reported.

According to local sources, the Saudi warplanes used prohibited bombs and missiles in their today airstrikes on Faj Attan area in Southern Sana'a.

There has yet been no report on the exact number of the casualties.

Report from Yemen Says 400 People Killed in Saudi Air Strikes on Sa'ada

Saudi-led coalition air strikes have claimed the lives of 400 civilians in the Yemeni province of Sa'ada in less than 24 hours, Yemeni sources said.
