Dehqan: Enemies Driven to Desperation by Iran's Defense Software, Hardware Outputs

Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan said on Tuesday that mass production of defense software and hardware will lead the enemies to desperationIRNA reported.

He made the remarks in his speech to the personnel of Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industrial Company (HESA) in Isfahan.

Dehqan said that the new year is very decisive and that the logistics of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran would take great strides to produce defense software and hardware.

Turkey, Zionist Entity to Discuss Reconciliation, Normalization of Relations

Negotiators from Turkey and Zionist entity are reportedly scheduled to meet on Thursday in Europe in a bid to strike a likely reconciliation agreement as relations between the two sides are warming.

The negotiating teams will discuss ways to narrow the remaining differences on issues such as halting the operations of Palestinian resistance movement Hamas at their Istanbul headquarters as well as removing the Israeli embargo on the besieged Gaza Strip, Israeli daily Haaretz reported.

Access of Terrorists to Chemical Arms, Major Threat to international Peace

Chairman of the Expediency Council Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said on Tuesday that the current circumstance is very sensitive as the access of the terrorists to chemical weapons poses major threat to international peace and security.

Rafsanjani made the remarks in a meeting with retired IRGC personnel, members of Tehran city council, artists at theaters and cinemas, officials and laborers of Saipa company, writers, researchers, war veteran, disabled and families of the martyrs.

Syria, Iraq Facing a Common Enemy

BAGHDAD, (ST)-Syria and Iraq have discussed ways to further enhance cooperation in fighting terrorism hitting both countries.

A meeting between Iraq's Defense Minister Khaled al-Obaidi and Syria's Ambassador in Baghdad Sadam Jadaan al-Dandah focused on the importance of continuous exchange of information about the terrorist organizations' moves and of coordinating  joint efforts as to eliminate terrorism and save the peoples of the two countries from the terrorists' evil and crimes.

Zionist Navy Fires at, Sinks Palestinian Fishing Boat

A Palestinian fishing boat caught fire and sank off the coast of Rafah City in the southern Gaza Strip after being targeted by Zionist naval forces, according to a report by Ma'an News Agency.

Head of the fishermen’s union Nizar Ayyash told Ma'an that “Israeli war boats targeted a vessel with several shells, setting it on fire and causing it to sink.”

Ayyash said the fate of those on board was not yet known.
