Erdogan’s regime responsible for fueling crises in Syria and Libya: Czech MP

PRAGUE, (ST)- Member of the European Parliament for the Czech Republic Ivan David has stressed that the regime of the Turkish President Recep Tayyib Erdogan continues to fuel crises in Syria and Libya by continuing to support terrorists.

“Erdogan has for many years supported Daesh terrorist organization and other terror groups in Syria by supplying them with weapons among other forms of support. His family has also been involved in buying oil stolen by Daesh from Syria and Iraq. Now, he is expanding his aggressive activities towards Libya by ordering Turkish ships to deliver huge amounts of weapons to Libya despite the ban imposed by the Security Council on arms exports to Turkey,” the Czech MP said in a commentary posted on his facebook account.

On her part, Czech journalist Lenka Klicperová affirmed that the terrorists and mercenaries who fought in Syria within the ranks of Daesh or Jabhat al-Nusra are now fighting in Libya to get money and to serve the interests of the Turkish regime.

Erdogan's regime is trying through these mercenaries and terrorists to control Libya as well as its oil and wealth to serve the Turkish expansionist schemes, she added in a commentary.
