The Czech Pirate Party calls for sanctions against Erdogan's regime for its continuous aggression against Syria

Prague, (St)- The Czech Pirate Party called on its government to impose economic sanctions on Recep Tayyip Erdogan's regime because of his continuous aggression against Syria, stressing the need to keep these economic sanctions on the Turkish regime to stop its aggression and withdraw its forces from Syrian territories.

Czech Member of Parliament Frantik Coburgeva and Member of the European Parliament for Czech Mykolaş Peksa, who are from the Pirate Party indicated that they submitted a petition in this regard to the presidency of the Czech government that includes the signatures of hundreds of citizens.

They are explaining in this petition that the Czech Parliament’s condemnation of the Turkish aggression and the cessation of arms sales to Turkey is not sufficient and it is necessary to impose Economic sanctions against it and the end of talks on Turkey's full inclusion in the European Union.

The Turkish regime is launching attacks against a number of cities, villages and towns in the countryside of Hasaka and Raqqa, which led to the martyrdom and injury of hundreds of civilians, including children, women and workers in the service sectors, and significant material damage to service facilities and important infrastructure such as dams and power and water stations.
