The Libyan army destroys 19 armored vehicles of the Turkish regime in Misrata

Tripoli, (ST) - The Libyan army announced on Tuesday that their warplanes destroyed 19 armored vehicles of the Turkish regime stationed in an industrial area in Misrata city east of the capital.

Major General Ahmed al-Mesmari, a spokesman for the General Command, was quoted as saying in a statement based on accurate intelligence information that the transfer of 19 armored vehicles by the Turkish ship Kusavak was monitored. The ship docked at the port of Misrata. These armored vehicles will be used later in the military operations of the Turkish regime

The statement added that the Libyan Air Force targeted the Turkish armored vehicles upon arrival at the depots and was able to hit and destroy them with high accuracy.
