Abdollahian: United States not Committed to Its Obligations

Tehran- Special Advisor to the Iranian parliament speaker for international affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian appreciated Russia's perception of Syrian developments, saying that despite "ceasefire" in Syria and the government's full cooperation, the US is not committed to its obligations, IRNA reported.

Noting that "al-Nusra Front" enjoys US' support, he said that White House has never targeted the terrorist group blacklisted by the United Nations.

He said that the US pays no attention to Syrians' plights and it only increases casualties in the region and Syria for electoral and political purposes.

Tehran and Moscow will strongly support the Syrian state, army and legal president against the terrorists, Abdollahian said.
