The Arab Lawyers Union calls for an end to the coercive measures imposed on Syria

Amman (ST):  The Arab Lawyers' Union has called for lifting the unilateral coercive measures imposed on the Syrian people, stressing that they contradict the rules and provisions of international law.

 The Union’s Assistant Secretary-General, Samih Khreis, said in a letter to the European Union’s ambassador to Jordan that the provisions of international legitimacy dictate that no unilateral measures be taken because they contradict the rules and provisions of public and humanitarian international law as they have not been issued by the Security Council, calling on the EU leaders to lift the measures  imposed on the Syrian people who are exposed to terrorism in its various forms, especially the economic one.

Antir: The international community must stop the occupation plans to Judaize Al-Quds (Jerusalem)

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) - The head of the Palestinian National Activities in the Occupied Territories in 1948, Sheikh Salman Antir, called on the international community to break its silence and move to stop the Israeli occupation’s plans to Judaize the occupied city of Al-Quds (Jerusalem). He stressed that, the Palestinians will continue the struggle to extract their rights from the occupation.

Antir denounced in a statement today, which SANA quoted the Israeli occupation’s attacks on Islamic and Christian holy sites in the occupied city of Al-Quds (Jerusalem) and its attempts to change its historical features.

The Israeli occupation handed over the Palestinians in the neighborhoods of Sheikh Jarrah, Batn Al-Hawa, and Al Bustan, notifications to evacuate their homes so that they can be turned over to Israeli settlers.

Israeli occupation forces storm several areas in occupied West Bank

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) - A number of Palestinians were injured and 28 others were arrested today, when the Israeli occupation forces stormed several areas of the occupied West Bank.

Wafa News Agency reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, amid the firing of poison gas canisters, which led to the suffocation of a number of Palestinians, as well as the arrest of two young men.

The occupation forces stormed the towns of Tuqu 'in Bethlehem and Deir Jarir in Ramallah, Burqin, Araba and Qabatiya in Jenin and Silwan in occupied Al-Quds (Jerusalem), and arrested 26 Palestinians.

Zarif: The Zionist entity wants to take revenge on the Iranian people for their success in lifting the unjust embargo

Tehran (ST):  Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Jawad Zarif affirmed that the Zionist entity wants to take revenge on the Iranian people for the successes it has achieved in lifting the unjust embargo on it, stressing that his country will not allow this and will take revenge on this entity for its practices.

Zarif said during a meeting with the National Security Committee of the Iranian Islamic Shura Council  that the officials of the Zionist entity had openly declared that they would not allow any progress in terms of lifting the embargo on Iran, and today they imagine that they have achieved their goals, but that they will receive the response with further development at the nuclear level in Iran, indicating that the Natanz nuclear facility is today stronger than before.

Three Palestinian detainees are on open hunger strike

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, (ST)_Three Palestinian detainees in the Israeli jails continue their open hunger strike in protest  against the crimes being perpetrated on the behalf of detainees.

The detainees are Imad Sawarkeh, Sa'ed Abo Obied and Ayyad Al-Harami.
