Tabouleh

Ingredients:

   3 large bunch of parsley finely chopped

   2 spring onions finely chopped

   1 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves

   1/4 cup burghul wheat, soaked and drained

    3 ripe and firm tomatoes, chopped

    Juice of half a lemon

    1/3 Cup Olive Oil

    Salt

 

Preparation:

Add the onion, tomato, mint, lemon, Olive Oil and parsley to the burghul. Stir to combine, and salt to taste!
