White chocolate toasted coconut rice Crispy

Ingredients:

1. 50 g of butter

2. 4 cups of mini marshmallows

3. 3/4 cup of whites chocolate chips

4. 5 and half cups of Rice crispy cereal

5. 1 cup of roasted sweetened coconut

 

 

Preparation:

- Melt butter add Marshmallows and stir until all melted and combined.

- Add chocolate and stir. And finally add Rice crispy.

- Place mixture in a tray lined with wax paper. And press firmly.

- Add coconut and press lightly.

- Cut after it has cooled completely.
