Chips with cheese


    Pack of 500 grams of ready-made chips in the form of triangles

    Oil as needed

    Spoonful flour

    4 tablespoons chopped green olive kernel and cut

    500 grams grated cheese

   1 cup parsley, washed and chopped

    1teaspoon mint dried

    Salt spray

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper


1. To prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix grated cheese with parsley, dried mint and olives. Season with salt and black pepper.

2. Mix flour and water in a small bowl.

3 - Put in the middle of each triangle dough a large spoon of cheese filling.

4 - In the dough triangle around the same from the base towards the top with bending the parties well into the inside.

5. Dip the tip into the flour mixture and then remove it. Cut the pieces into an oven tray. Spray it with oil spray.

6. Bake the cheese chips in a 180° oven until golden and serve hot.
