Potato Kibbeh

Ingredients:

    Kg boiled potatoes

    Kg minced meat

    250 g boiled rice

    100 grams of bread flour

    Half teaspoon turmeric

    250 g onion

   Teaspoon cinnamon

    1/4 teaspoon white pepper

    Teaspoon black pepper

    Salt

Preparation

1. To prepare the dough: Boil potatoes with boiled rice in the electric dough.

2. Add bread flour, turmeric and salt.

3. Boost ingredients again with your hands.

4. To prepare the filling: fry onions until golden in a pot.

5. Add the meat with a little salt, cinnamon, white pepper and black pepper and mix until cooked.

6. Let the mixture cool down and then form the Potato Kibbeh and hide it.

7. Heat enough oil in a saucepan.

8. Pour the tablets until golden.

9. Serve hot Potato Kibbeh with salad or soup.
