Fish fillets fried without eggs

Ingredients

     750 grams of fillet thickness

     Two tablespoons lemon juice

     Half teaspoon salt

     Quarter tea spoon of black Pepper

      Half a cup of corn flour

     Quarter cup of Vegetarian oil

Preparation

1 - Soak the fish slices with lemon juice sour.

2 - Mix the flour with salt and black pepper in a bowl.

3 - Put fish fillets in the mixture of flour to cover all sides.

4 - Heat the oil in a wide pan and deep on medium heat and fried in the slices of fish until red from all sides.

5- Serve the dish directly hot.
