Cookies with custard


    1 cup chocolate cake           

    Biscuits as needed                                                        

   To prepare custard:

    8 tablespoons custard powder


    8 tablespoons powdered milk

    10 tablespoons sugar

    7 cups water


1-To prepare the custard: In a small bowl, mix the custard with 2 cups of water. Leave the mixture aside.

2 - Put sugar and milk powder and 6 cups of water in a saucepan on fire, and mix until homogenized.

3- Turn off the fire and gradually pour the melted custard mixture with the batter.

4 - Make the fire again and boil for two minutes to intensify the custard.

5- In a decanted Pyrex tray, cook the dough and the sauce to get an equal smooth layer.

6- Cast the custard over the cake.

7- Cut the biscuits on the face of the jewelry and take it to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
