Cakes for Eid

Ingredients

    500 grams flour

    Spoon Baking Powder

    Half a cup of warm water for kneading or more as needed

    Teaspoon sugar

     300 grams of margarine on room temperature

    Pond as needed

    1/4 tablespoon millet

    Quarter teaspoon nutmeg small

    Spoon a crushed anise

Preparation

1. Mix the flour with baking powder, margarine, sugar, millet, anise, nutmeg and the pond bean in a bowl.

2. Add water gradually with kneading ingredients.

3. Appreciate well and add enough water until the ingredients are cohesive and get a soft paste and homogenous.

4. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for half an hour.

5. Divide the dough into fingers and then on the same or take two fingers and shape the the cake.

6. Put the cakes in a baking tray with a little butter.

7. Bake cakes in the oven until it becomes golden color.
