1 cup smooth semolina 

  4 tbsp ghee

  2 large tablespoons Butter

  7 cups water

   2 cup sugar

   Cinnamon for decoration - as desired

    Pistachio or pine for decoration - as desired


1- Pour water and sugar in the pot, and bring to boil on fire for about 10 minutes.

2 - Put semolina with ghee and butter in another pot and leave on low heat until the semolina golden color.

3 - Mix the mixture of water and sugar and continue movement until the homogeneous ingredients.

4 - Leave the mixture boils for about 30 minute, then cover the pot and leave aside for an additional 30 minutes.

6 - Pour Mamounia in evenly cups. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and pistachios on the face, according to your desire.

7- Serves hot.
