A tray of potato with vegetables and cheese sauce


    French fries and fried rice - as needed

    1 Onions, sliced

    5 Garlic minced

    Half a grain green pepper, minced slices

    Half a grain red pepper, chopped slices

    Half a grain yellow pepper, minced slices

    2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced into slices

    1/4 cup soy sauce

    Half cup Water

    Black pepper - as desired

    A small spoon paprika  


    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    To prepare cheese sauce:

    3 cups cooking cream

    300 grams cheese cream

    6 cups mozzarella grated


To prepare the sauce:

1. Put the cream and cream cheese in a bowl, and mix well.

2. Add two cups of mozzarella and cheese.

3. Put the sauce aside.

4. In a saucepan, heat the oil and the onions until it withers.

5. Add the garlic, colored pepper, mushrooms paprika and black pepper and mix.

6. Pour a little of water and soy sauce and leave the mixture on medium heat until the vegetables mature.

7. In a high-temperature heat resistant glass dish, place the fried potatoes.

8. Add the vegetable mixture.

9. Put the cheese sauce over the dish.

10. Put the remaining mozzarella cheese on the face of the dish.

11.  Serves hot.
