Dawud Pasha


    To prepare meatballs:

     750 g beef minced

     2 onions, grated

     Large spoon garlic

    1 egg

    1 tsp flour

    1 tsp black pepper

    Half a teaspoon Cinnamon powder

    1 tsp vegetable oil

    To prepare the tomato sauce:

    Stuffed garlic - 1 tsp

    3 tsp Tomato paste


    Half a teaspoon Black Pepper

    Roasted pine as desired


1 . To prepare kofta balls, put in a large bowl of meat, onions, garlic, flour and egg.

2. Fry with salt, black pepper and cinnamon.

3. Mix all the ingredients and then roll it into medium-sized balls.

4. Heat the oil in a saucepan on medium heat and saute the meat balls until red from all sides.

5. Saute the onions, garlic in a pot until the ingredients wither.

6. Add tomatoes and salt with black pepper.

7. Dilute the tomato paste in half the water and pour the mixture over the pot.

8. Fry with salt and black pepper and then return kofta balls to the pot.

9. Put the mixture on the fire until the meatballs are fully cooked.

10. Remove the pot from the fire, sprinkle with the pine.

11. Serve hot.
