Chicken with Mushroom


    1 kg chicken breast halves, with skin

    2 tablespoons melted butter

    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    1 teaspoon salt

    3 clove garlic, crushed

    1 cup mushrooms

    1/2 cup heavy cream


1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2- Pour melted butter into a baking dish. Add chicken, sprinkle with seasoning pepper, salt and garlic. Then put mushrooms over on chicken.

 3- Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

 4- Remove chicken and Pour juices from baking dish into a small saucepan and whisk together with cream over low heat until thickened. Pour sauce over chicken.

 5-Serve warm.
