Rocky Cake

Ingredients

  2 cups flour

  1 cup white sugar

  1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  1 teaspoon baking soda

  1/2 teaspoon salt

  1/2 cup vegetable oil

  1 teaspoon vinegar

  2 teaspoon vanilla

  2 cup water

  1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate, chopped

  1/4 cup margarine

   2 cups confectioners' sugar

   1 cups miniature marshmallows

Preparation

1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees 175 degrees.

2- Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt, then sift again into a 9 inch square pan.

3-Make a well in the center, and measure in the oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour water over all and mix with a fork until smooth.

4- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

5- In a saucepan, combine chocolate, margarine and water and cook over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Fold in miniature marshmallows over cake.
