Garlic Mashed Potatoes


    1 kg unpeeled red potatoes, quartered

    2 tablespoon butter

    1 cup cheese, grated

    1   cup chopped garlic

    1 tablespoon salt

    2 tablespoon oregano


1- Put in a large pot salted and water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 45 minutes; drain.

2- Stir in butter, cheese, garlic, salt and oregano, and then serve.
