Cake with coconut


    3 cups flour

    4 eggs

    1 cup butter

    2 cups coconut

    2 teaspoons baking powder

 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

    2 cups sugar

    2 teaspoon pure vanilla

    1/2 cup oil


1- Preheat oven to 260 degrees.

2- Mix 4 egg with buttermilk stir until the batter is evenly blended, then add butter sugar, and 2 cups coconut and whisk together with flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl, then add 1/2 cup oil(you can mix them in electric mixer).

3- Put the mixture in a pan, and bake until a cake tester inserted into centers

5- Remove from oven and let cool in pans on wire racks. Run a knife around edges of cakes.

6- serves when cool.
