Fish Kebab Grilled with Rice


3  kg Fish, cut into cubes

1  kg plain yogurt

5  garlic, finely chopped

2  tbsp curry powder

1  cup rice

3  tbsp lemon juice

 1/2 cup oil



1- Mix the yogurt with garlic, curry powder, and lemon juice.

2- Put fish, salt and yogurt mixture in a large bag. Place the marinating fish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3- Soak skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.

4- Cook the rice, leave covered to stay warm.

5-Place the marinated fish pieces onto wooden skewers. Prepare to grill by preheating and sprinkle oil on the cooking surface

 6-Grill fish kebabs for 5 minutes each side.

 7- Put the fish kebabs over cooking rice.

8 -Serving hot.
