• 1/2 recipe pizza crust
• 3/4 cup pizza sauce
• 8 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2-3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• Ground basil, to taste
1- Prepare the pizza dough, including preheating the oven to 360 F.
2- Top the crust with the pizza sauce, then the sliced mozzarella, then the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, then sprinkle with basil.
3- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
4- Slice hot pizza and serve immediately. Store leftover pizza covered tightly in the refrigerator and reheat as you prefer.
