President Al-Assad: the ongoing in Egypt is the downfall of "political Islam"

 DAMASCUS, (ST)_ H.E. President Bashar Al-Assad reiterated that terrorism is like cancer and should be removed as not to spread more quickly  once surgeon's scalpel hits it without removing it.

Interviewed by the Syrian al-Thawra Newspaper, President Al-Assad pointed out that Syria is being transformed- in light of the ongoing war on Syria- into a land for terrorism, which proliferates in a fertile land of confusion.

DAMASCUS, (ST)_ Syria, as it has been and even more, would ever stand by Resistance and men of Resistance in every place of the Arab World, underscored H.E. President Bashar Al-Assad.

In an exclusive interview with the Lebanese Al-Manar Satellite TV, President Al-Assad renewed confidence in the ability to withstand and achieve victory against the ongoing world war targeting Syria.

President Al-Assad:support for all steps that would entail stopping the violence

DAMASCUS, (ST)– H.E. President Bashar Al-Assad reiterated that the basis for any political solution for the crisis in Syria is but what the Syrian People want through ballot boxes.

H.E. President Al-Assad voiced Syria's welcome to the recent  Russian-US rapprochement as well as to  any proposal that might end violence and lead  to a political solution.

In an exclusive interview with Argentina's Clarin Newspaper and Telam News Agency, President Al-Assad underlined readiness to hold dialogue with every Syrian side which didn't overtly or covertly deal with Israel and which stands against  terrorism.

President Al-Assad: No Alternative but Victory

 

DAMASCUS, (ST)_ H.E. President Bashar Al-Assad underscored that the Syrians have no "alternative but victory" as to safeguard Syria from the "new form of colonialism".

In an hour length interview with the Syrian TV Wednesday evening, in tandem with Syria's Independence Day, President Al-Assad pointed out that Syria has been witnessing a "war" with all what this word entails, and not "security-related incidents", citing the flocking of foreign forces from different nationalities to the country.

President Al-Assad: Dialogue Should Include Only Syrians

 

DAMASCUS, (ST)_ H.E. President Bashar Al-Assad  underscored  that any dialogue to solve the crisis in Syria ''should include only Syrians. It should not include foreign intervention. We have no other red lines from this. Syrians can talk about and discuss anything. This country is for all Syrians, and they can bring all things to the table.''

Interviewed by the Turkish  TV channel Ulusal Kanal and Aydinlik Newspaper, President Al-Assad added that "The only red line is about foreign intervention,"

H.E. President Al-Assad underlined that "Everybody knows that if the disturbances in Syria reach the point of the country's breakup, or terrorist forces control Syria, or if the two cases happen, then this will immediately spill over into neighboring countries first, and later there will be a domino effect that will reach countries across the Middle East, to the west, east, north and south. This would mean instability for many years, even decades,"
