The West’s support for potential enemies

Despite the fact that the US and its Western and regional allies have confirmed that the only solution for the Syrian crisis is political, their covert actions and clandestine policies run contrary to their public statements, especially with regard to training and funding the armed terrorist groups and exporting them to Syria.

The West's unjustifiable intervention in Syria's internal affairs aggravates the crisis in it and causes instability there and in the region as a whole. The West's attempt to force a regime change in a country and appoint rulers loyal to it is a wrong thing that violates the UN Charter and all international conventions and hinders all efforts being exerted to reach a political solution to the crisis through a comprehensive dialogue to be conducted among all spectra of Syrian society.

The so-called "Arab Spring" has been, as far many Arab countries are concerned, mere endless bloody confrontations, regime change and continuous unrest that serve the American Zionist project in the region. The pretexts of protecting national interests and human rights have been used for toppling countries' political systems, interfering in their internal affairs and leading pro-West regimes to come into power to achieve certain political and economic interests.

The Western hypocrite stand towards Syria is clearly manifested through media reports which disclose the role of these states in training extremist fighters, funding them and exporting them to Syria to fight along with the armed terrorist groups, commit savage massacres against innocent Syrians and destroy the infrastructure of the country.

The American New York Times newspaper said in a recent issue that a rising number of radicalized young Muslims with Western passports are travelling to Syria to fight with the armed terrorist groups.

The U.S. National Counterterrorism Center also stressed that the number of terrorists going to fight in Syria from Europe and the US is on the increase.

The US and its Western and regional allies have been facilitating the entry of extremist fighters to Syria after training and funding them. However, following their shameful involvement in exporting hundreds of terrorists to Syria, they began to express concern about the possible return of these terrorists to their countries. So, they encourage terrorists to commit crimes in Syria and take strict measures to prevent their return to their homelands for fear of their criminal acts.

According to the US and its allies, terrorism is encouraged and supported against Syrian people, but banned and combated in the US and Europe.

The London-based newspaper 'The Guardian' quoted a report as saying that Al-Qaida elements fighting with armed groups in Syria constitute the most serious terrorist threat to Britain, and should al-Qaida get hold of chemical weapons, the consequences could be catastrophic.

These fighters, who were supported and funded by the US and its regional and Western allies, began to frighten American and European intelligence officials when the fighters return home.

In this regard, France's Interior Minister, Manuel Valls, described the threat of Western fighters returning from Syria as a ticking time bomb. He admitted that French nationals are fighting among the armed terrorist groups in Syria under the name of 'Jihadists", warning that those could be enemies to France if they returned to it.

Valls’ statement clearly reflects the double standards practiced by the West regarding combating terrorism.

Bandar Failed to Bribe Russia to Abandon Syria

World-wide news reports said that Moscow has rejected a Saudi proposal to abandon Syria’s president in return for a huge arms deal and a pledge to help Moscow play a bigger role in the Middle East.

According to a well- informed European diplomat shuttling between Damascus and Beirut , "During the meeting at the Kremlin, Chief of the Saudi Intelligence Prince Bandar Bin Sultan  explained to his interlocutor that Riyadh is ready to help Moscow play a bigger role in the Middle East at a time when the United States is disengaging from the region."

The Saudi prince also reassured Putin that "whatever regime comes after" Assad, it will be "completely" in the Saudis' hands and will not sign any agreement allowing any Gulf country to transport its gas across Syria to Europe and compete with Russian gas exports, the diplomat said.

Russia described news reports by Western media about the Saudi proposal to buy Russian weapons in the amount at $ 15 billion to bargain for a  change in  Russia's position on the situation in Syria as a kind of disinformation aimed at distorting Russia's principled position in Syria.

Vitaly Naomkan, director of the Orient Studies Institute  at the Russian Academy of Sciences said : "It is clear that the goal of this harangue information is to influence the position of Syria or more probable to discredit Russia , and plant doubt in the fact that Moscow takes a position about Syrian affairs that  creates the impression that Russia may change its views  in return for promises  from Saudi Arabia. "

Bandar proposed that Saudi Arabia buy $15 billion (11 billion euros) of weapons from Russia and invest “considerably in the country,” the source said.

The Saudi prince  is known for  his regular trips to Turkey to manage flow of arms and backup forces to Syria and he goes to Jordan to persuade security agencies with incentives to cooperate with him against Syrian government.

Bandar recent visit to  Moscow  aimed to negotiate in his capacity as the “Prince of the Mujahideen” in Syria, including those who hail from Chechnya, Dagestan, and the Caucasus in Russia’s backyard.

From Dagestan alone, more than a hundred fighters are enlisted in the al-Qaeda-affiliated Jaish al-Muhajireen wal-Ansar, which is active in northern
The Russian position  revealed the Russian answer to the offer proposed by  Chief of the Saudi intelligence Bandar bin Sultan  during his recent visit to Moscow on  a big  deal to buy Russia's weapons for change or mitigate the Russian position concerning  the crisis in Syria.

An Arab diplomat with contacts in Moscow said: "President Putin listened politely to his interlocutor and let him know that his country would not change its strategy."

"Bandar bin Sultan then let the Russians know that the only option left in Syria was military and that they should forget about Geneva because the opposition would not attend."

The Russian position in support of Syria  is not strange  and is  understood in the light in a position taken by Syria in   2009, when  President  Bashar Assad refused to sign an agreement with Qatar for an overland pipeline running from the Gulf to Europe via Syria to protect the interests of its Russian ally, which is Europe's top supplied of natural gas.

In Syria, the Syrians  have full confident in their Russian partners with a general understanding that Saudi Arabia thinks that politics is a simple matter of buying people or countries. It doesn't understand that Russia is a major power and that this is not how it draws up policy."

One Syrian politician laughed  at the Saudi offer noting  the deeply-rooted cooperation  relations: "Syria and Russia have had close ties for over half a century in all fields and it's not Saudi rials that will change this fact".

Celebrating Eid al-Fitr, Syrians are more determined to fight terrorism, end crisis

As the Syrian people are celebrating Eid al-Fitr and breaking the fast of the holy month of Ramadan, they are more determined to fight terrorism, end the crisis and rebuild what have been destroyed by the armed terrorist groups.

On this great day, we have to remember the great role of the valiant Syrian army and the heroic deeds of the armed forces in the battle against terrorism. The forces of terrorism are an extension of Arab and regional countries that seek to prevent Syria from carrying out its national, regional and international role, especially confronting the American Zionist projects in the region which aim at making Israel invade the Arab region and control it economically and politically.

Terrorism should be uprooted in order for politics to move well to find a peaceful settlement for the crisis away from any form of foreign diktat. Unifying the army and the people to eliminate terrorism is the only way to restore security and stability to Syria which was an example for security and stability on the level of the world as a whole. But the pro-Zionist axis hatched a global conspiracy against Syria to destabilize the country and weaken its pivotal regional role. However, the Syrian people’s high awareness and their rallying behind their wise and courageous leadership foiled the conspiracy and the sinister plans concocted against Syria, its people and the region.

On this occasion, Syrians nationwide are renewing the pledge to defend the homeland and face the global conspiracy no matter how big with more steadfastness, determination and confidence in victory against Syria’s enemies.

Syria's steadfastness in the war targeting it is an example to follow which proved that the people armed with free political will and independent decision can conquer all challenges and foil conspiracies.

On this day, Syrian people remember with great pride the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of their homeland and people and express solidarity with their families.

We have to remember that the crisis should be resolved through dialogue among all spectra of society. We have to confirm that only the Syrians themselves can end the crisis, and there is no alternative other than the political and transparent dialogue based on national accord and the rejection of all forms of foreign intervention.

Syrian people, who are facing international terrorism with all its forms on the security, military and economic levels, still believe that dialogue is possible and necessary to unify the Syrians' efforts in confronting terrorism and defending the homeland, its dignity and sovereignty.

At this stage, it is very important for Syrians to be united to come out of this crisis victorious, restore security and stability to the whole country and start a relentless process of rebuilding and construction.

We hope that by next Ramadan, Syria will have recovered from this painful crisis with security and stability restored to it.

Eid Al-Fitr

Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic month of fasting. “Fitr” means “to break,” and symbolizes not only the breaking of the fast but also of all evil within the believer.

This is the day of Eid al- Fitr. All Muslims around the world are celebrating the end of the Ramadan by glorifying Almighty Allah, and praising Him for the countless blessings He bestowed upon us. Eid al- fitr is the prize you deserve because you have shown complete submission and obedience to your Lord. You have proved again that nothing in this world; no temptation could prevent you from being good servants to your Lord.

Dear sisters and brothers……, while celebrating this day of Eid; we should never forget that people in other places of our country, who are suffering, from terrorists, conflicts, deaths, poverty, or because they are displaced. We keep in our prayers and thoughts the innocent people killed in Syria daily by foreign backed hired terrorists, just because they are seeking peace in their life, our army and martyrs who defend our country, and we keep in our prayers and thoughts the people of Golan and Palestine who are still seeking freedom and the right to return to their homes and properties. We keep in our prayers and thoughts all people of the world who are struggling for the very basic of their human and civil rights.

Eid is great time to show how Islam encourages kindness, sharing,   generosity and concern for our neighbors, relatives, children who need more concern than others, we must increase the volume of food, and sweets, so that we could share it with our neighbors, friends or even displaced people.

When we increase our good deeds, we automatically help ourselves decrease our bad deeds, it is good way of ridding ourselves of bad habits.

The purpose of life is not just to be happy. It is also to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

Two days ago I was visiting the displaced in a mosque, I asked the children:

What do you want in Eid Al- Fitr?

Most of them said: we want to go home, I began telling them what is happening to Syria, as if I am telling a story, they listened to me carefully, when I finished, one of them said " long live our army" all repeated after him, they became happy, yes, they became happy, I just plant a smile on their faces, everyone can do that and more, just begin.

Our prophet said:

"Those who are merciful will be shown mercy by the Merciful. Be merciful to the people of the earth and the One above the heavens will have mercy upon you".

The devastating role of Arab and regional states in inflaming crisis

From the very beginning of the crisis in Syria, Arab and regional states have been playing a devastating role in inflaming the crisis through hosting, training, arming and funding the armed terrorist groups to carry out heinous crimes and criminal acts against Syrian people and their public and private properties.

This devastating role was clearly exposed through media outlets which have circulated many reports about the US and its regional and Arab allies’ intervention in Syria’s internal affairs.

It has been proved that Erdogan’s government has opened its airports and borders to terrorist members to carry out terrorist acts against the Syrian people in a flagrant violation of the international law and the rules of good neighbourliness.

Implementing the orders of the US administration, the current Turkish government has allowed the entry of thousands of al-Qaeda terrorists and takfiris and Wahhabis to commit their crimes of killing the innocent Syrians, blowing up their properties and spreading chaos and sabotage in Syria with the aim of destroying the country and weakening the Syrian Arab army.

The Justice and Development government in Turkey is part of the extremist Muslim Brotherhood project in the region, which is why it is conspiring against Syria. The Muslim Brotherhood seeks to assume control, not build states.

What happened in Khan al-Assal recently gives a new proof on the involvement of neighbouring countries in this atrocious crime through providing military, logistic and financial support for the armed terrorist groups.

It has become well-known that the terrorists are directed, trained, armed and funded by the US, France, Britain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey who are legally responsible for the savage massacres and criminal acts of their terrorist agents.

The Saudi regime is involved in supporting terrorists who fight Arab armies, and there are many members from the royal Saudi families who direct the arming and funding of terrorists from neighbouring states.

Saudi Arabia has been carrying out this destructive role for decades as it seeks to destroy the pan-Arab project and cause fragmentation and instability in the region in service of the American-Zionist project.

Qatar is also playing a very vicious role since it started from the very beginning of the crisis to offer unlimited financial and military support for the armed terrorist groups in Syria.

The continued silence on those crimes in the framework of immoral coalitions between Turkey and a number of influential countries at the UN Security council, in addition to Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Libya which send carriers of weapons into Syria's neighbouring states means supporting the terror, funding it and instigating killing and destruction in Syria.
