Dr. Ibrahim Alloush to ST: US Policy of Provoking Others Constantly May Lead to Total War

Arab political intellectual Dr. Ibrahim Alloush reckons that the United States is neither willing nor able to engage in total war actually, be it against Iran or against Russia and China, referring to the fact that the US President Donald Trump, who is more Zionist than many Zionists outside the extreme right-wing in the Zionist entity [Israel], has been targeting the precepts of the globalist system laid down painstakingly in previous decades.

In an interview with the Syriatimes e-newspaper, the political intellectual underscored that the Middle East region will suffer the consequences of a US policy which is more belligerent and biased than ever before, indicating that the war against Syria has moved into a new phase amid Trump’s attempts to cover up for the fact that the US is a superpower in decline, and to help it get away with state-sponsored terrorist acts here and there without a serious response by the victims of those acts.

British Analyst to ST: Syria’s Military Response to Israeli Aggression Demonstrates How Best to Deal with a Bully

British publisher and editor of "Politics First" Magazine, Dr. Marcus Papadopoulos has asserted that Syria’s military response to Israeli aggression in the early hours of May 10th  demonstrates how best to deal with a bully, indicating that Israel is looking to provoke a war with Syria and Iran, in the hope that this would bring about a direct military confrontation between America, on the one hand, and Syria and Iran, on the other hand.

He suspects that the West and their Islamist-Wahhabist terrorists’ allies, such as the White Helmets, will allege that the Syrian Government has used chemical weapons when the Syrian military turns its sights firmly on liberating Idlib.

In an interview with the Syriatrimes e-newspaper, the British editor said: “The Israeli attack on Syria during the early hours of Thursday 10 May demonstrates Israel's  intransigence on illegally attacking a sovereign country without approval by the United Nations Security Council.  And I fully support Syria's right to defend itself.”

US Analyst to ST: Trumps’ Iran Decision Proves Washington Can’t be Trusted to Honor Its Treaties

The US President Donald Trump’s decision to withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal will exacerbate tensions in the Middle East and around the world and it proves that the US cannot be trusted to honor its treaties, Dean Henderson, the US author and political analyst told the Syriatimes e-newspaper on Wednesday.

He made it clear that the decision will embolden Middle East despots like Israel and Saudi Arabia to continue their aggression in Gaza, Yemen, Syria and elsewhere with the full backing of the US.

Sheikh Omari Explains to ST Why Terrorists and Their families Select to Go to North of Syria

The Head of Reconciliation Committee in south Damascus Sheikh Mohamad al-Omari has made it clear that terrorists whose hands are stained with blood and those who want to be near Turkish border to move then to Europe to seek asylum reject settlement agreements in Yalda, Babbila, Bit Sahem areas [located south of Damascus] and prefer to go to north of Syria.

He told the Syriatimes e-newspaper: “ Personally speaking, the families, who selected to go with terrorists to the north of Syria, consider transportation to Idlib and Jarablus cities as a free journey that will pave the way for them to move to Turkey and then to Europe to seek asylum and to get money.”

Honoring Martyrs’ Families a Constitutional and Humanitarian Duty

Syria Observes Martyrs Day on May 6th annually to salute the martyrdom of soldiers who sacrificed their lives defending the sovereignty and independence of their country.

The occasion, which originally commemorates the martyrdom of Syrian nationalists and patriots  who were executed at the hands of the Ottoman ruler Jamal Pasha on May 6th, 1916 for their resistance of the Ottoman occupation, has a special meaning and importance nowadays as Syria is facing a foreign-backed terrorist war the tools of which are takfiri terrorist groups that have been committing crimes against the Syrians and wreaking havoc across the country.  However, the Syrians insist that the foreign-backed armed groups' heinous crimes will never undermine their will to defeat terrorism and restore security nationwide whatever the sacrifices are.
