Turkey, Qatar Terrorism Supporters Should be Held Accountable

Tens of Syrians were killed or wounded in a terrorist chemical missile attack against Khan Al-Asal in Aleppo Countryside. Actually, and as Minister of Information, Omran al-Zoubi, declared, the countries which have been arming the opposition are responsible for this massacre.

'' The governments of Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan and  Qatar bear legal, moral and humanitarian responsibility   for the crime perpetrated  by the terrorists in Khan al-Asal, and indeed ''international community and countries that finance , arm train and shelter terrorists, should be held accountable for   this heinous  crime,'' said Minister al-Zoubi, asserting that the Syria government  is entitled to act according to the rules of international law and appeal  to international and regional organizations to  prosecute and lodge complaints against  the countries which supplied the foreign-backed terrorists with  internationally prohibited weapons.

Earlier, a political analyst, Randy Short, said that the people of Turkey are against war in Syria and oppose the involvement of the Turkish government in the ongoing crisis in their neighbouring state.

''The Turkish people as well as intellectuals and human rights activists have realized that the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s government is violating international principles by aiding the militants in Syria.'' Short said in a recent interview with Press TV.

''Right now their head of state as well as Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which are attacking the people in Syria, are war criminals and they need to be treated as such and so the people of Turkey are to be commended that they are showing solidarity with the heroic people of Syria who do not want to be a proxy state under the thumb of the imperialist powers,” the analyst added.

On his part, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, the leader of Turkey’s main opposition party described, in statements to Turkey's Sky TV, as “grave mistake” the policy of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan toward Syria.

Kilicdaroglu, the leader of the Republican People's Party (CHP), said more Syrians are being killed as a result of Ankara’s financial and military support for the Syrian opposition.

Meanwhile, Vice- President of the Turkish workers Party, Bulent  Assen Oglu,  reiterated  that the government of Erdogan does support terrorism in Syria and pushes its nose in the domestic Syrian affairs.

The foreign-backed terrorists' heinous crimes against the Syrians cannot be stopped without pressing the states that back terrorism in Syria to stop their dirty games and their arming, training, dispatching and sheltering of these terrorists.

Dialogue the Way Out

The ongoing efforts exerted by the Syrian Government aim mainly  at the implementation of the executive plan of the political program for the political solution for the crisis in Syria, not to mention the measures taken to stand up to the challenges imposed by the crisis..

This very plan enjoys the support of the majority of the Syrians, who are interested in restoring the stability and security to their motherland, Syria. The majority wants  reform, construction and building against every form of terrorism, destruction and unrest.

Almost every delegation, party and organization, who were received by the special committee for executing the political program, chaired by Premiere  Wael  al_Halqi, voiced support to the program and to the dialogue among the Syrians to emerge out victories from the crisis. The special committee has held so far more than thirty meetings with representatives of different spectra of the Syrian society, intellectuals, parties and organizations. The meetings were cordial, open, frank and fruitful. Syria's welfare, will being, reconciliation and interests were the second to none priority by all. Stress was laid on the need to fight foreign backed terrorism and defeat it, and to achieve victory against colonial and greedy forces of darkness. The remarkable achievements of the Syrian hero army were highly lauded and appreciated .

The discussions, according to the news circulated and reported, were serious and constructive. The viewpoints exchanged, varied and different at times , were identical as far as the main issues of concern: Syria is above all and for all Syrians. Hopefully by the end of March, Syria's long awaited for dialogue conference would yield what Syria, the cradle of civilization, and Syrians merit and deserve. After all it's the majority of the Syrian's free choice and ballot boxes in commitment to the path of the real builders of modern Syria.

Colonial Powers… Where to?

Syria's destiny has ever been to defend itself, sacrifice and vanquish. The ongoing battle for dialogue, reconciliation on one hand and for combating terrorists on the other is on until the world's colonial, greedy, and satellite ewes stop their arming, sheltering and training of killers and terrorists. If the Syrians, Army and civilians, aren't to defend Syria, do they deserve even their identity?

The fierce attacks by colonial powers, especially France and UK, and flagrant violations of every international law have been escalated with French President Francois Hollande and British Premier, David Cameron's recent calls on Europe's leaders to lift an arms embargo on Syria and supply the already armed to teeth multinational terrorists with the more of killing and destruction means.

However, there are still some voices of reason inside the EU, who realistically oppose the more of arms smugglings and supplies to the terrorists, mostly al-Qaeda affiliated groups. Thus, Austrian Foreign Minister Michael Spindelegger warned against the British Government's call for arming the Syrian opposition, as transgressing EU agreements, asserting that "The British approach to arm the Syrian opposition or train gunmen in Jordan or any neighboring country to Syria could lead to a rapid Britain's violation of the EU agreements". In tandem, German FM, Guido Westerwelle, warned that the supply of weapons to opposition would but break the more of fires.

Would the anti-Syria warmongers resort to reason and support the ongoing tireless efforts for political solution for the crisis in Syria? And to what extent would they seriously consider Minister Sergei Lavrov's warnings that arming the Syrian opposition would be against international law, and seriously too consider Minister Lavrov's  concerns about the presence of takfiri extremists and terrorists in Syria?

All Syrians' Battle

Syria is indeed progressing towards victory as the real Sheikh Ahmad Badr Eddin Hassoun, Syria's Grand Mufti, outlined recently in a Syrian TV interview.

Syria is an example of diversity, strength, amity and goodness; consequently, for about two years, Syria has been targeted by the hatred of the world's most technologically-advanced countries and of some regional and Arab states.

Syrians are to vanquish and never to surrender defending their history and protecting their homeland from the schemes targeting its existence.

"The Syrian Arab Army- in a state of self defense against multinational foreign-backed terrorists- is the nation's army. It is tasked with protecting the homeland and defending the Arab and Islamic nations. It is not affiliated to a certain person, party or sect" Sheikh Hassoun underscored said.

The Syrian hero Army, with millions of Syrians stand with and behind it in the ongoing fight and struggle against al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorists, has been excellently defending Syria in implementation of its constitutional, legal and moral obligations and duties. It is the Army of every Syrian family and citizen. Syria is above all, and every Syrian in every career is but a soldier defending Syria against the war imposed on it by many anti-Syria sheikhdoms, and states.

Syria is indeed the mother of all and above all.

A Beehive Government

Encouraged by the optimism of the Premier and members of the Committee, the present journalists reiterated their staunch support to the political solution of the crisis on the basis of President Bashar Al-Assad's vision outlined in his January 6th landmark speech and adopted as the executive plan by the Cabinet on January 9th.

The Premier, just ending a meeting with a delegation representing the committee formed in Tehran conference to follow up national dialogue, briefed the journalists on the 25 meetings held so far by the Committee in less than two months. All the meetings, including those with opposition figures, intellectuals and University professors inside Syria, underscored commitment to the political plan by the Syrians themselves away from whatever foreign meddling and interferences. Nobody would care about Syria and the Syrians more than the Syrians themselves. The exchanges of views, questions, went on: Syria's so far most transparent, objective and successful Minister of Information, Omran al'Zou'bi, spoke about Syrian media role during the ongoing   crisis and its opening to all Syrians objectively and transparently, The deputy Premier, Dr. Qadri Jameel, the most outspoken and prominent opposition figure in the Cabinet, added the more of optimism regarding soon-to-be breakthroughs for dialogue and solution.

Premier al-Halqi said:"reporters and intellectuals play a pivotal role in enhancing culture of dialogue in society, helping government complete constructive and democratic dialogue process and confronting extremist thinking," highlighting the national media's pivotal  role in unmasking the false campaign of fabrications and lies, backed by some Arab countries, in cooperation with the Turkish government, to sow sedition in region and the world and divert their people's attention from what is going on in their own countries.

The Premier blasted some ruling families in the Arab countries, agents for the US and Israel, which are involved in the crisis in Syria and which oppress their own  people and plunder their wealth and resources, asserting that the government, and though of the present crisis, ''pays great attention to the economic and social causes reported in the national media in view of the fact that they contribute to build modern Syria, start process of reconstruction, enhance national unity and restore stability and security" and that the government is capable of confronting ''all economic challenges caused by unjust embargo and terrorist acts targeting  the Syrian  people's potentials and capabilities''.

After all, the ongoing crisis is imposed on the Syrians, whose culture isn't that of slaughter, rape, kidnapping, and destruction. The countries which exported terrorists, takfiris, hired killers should taste their own medicine. The terrorists should be encountered and flashed out by the Syrian hero Army. The Syrians are more determined to defend their sovereignty, unity and their own political System. The views exchanges, questions and answers by the Premier, members of the committee, and journalists were satisfactory, determined, convincing and optimistic. Syria is undoubtedly to vanquish and the coming days would but highlight the unique Syrian model of dialogue, coexistence, fraternity, leadership, amity, constitution, parliament and stability. Ballot boxes and NOT bullets are to shape these coming very days.
