US, EU Use 'Human Rights and Freedom' as Slogans to Justify Aggression on Syria- Omani Paper

The United States of America, Europe and their allies have used 'human rights, freedom, democracy and justice' as slogans to justify their aggression and conspiracy against Syria, according to the Omani al-Watan newspaper.

The paper said in its editorial today that crocodile tears are shed whenever the Syrian Arab army achieves success in field mission within the framework of perusing terrorist organizations in Syrian areas and destroys the morale of these organizations which receive support from conspirators.

"Political exploitation of humanitarian situation and the talk of Syrian citizen's rights and the need to deliver humanitarian aid to Syrian civilians in areas besieged by terrorist organizations aim to blackmail the Syrian state and its allies through launching provocative media campaign and to deliver aid to terrorist organizations in order to go ahead with practicing terrorism against Syrian civilians and the Syrian states' infrastructures," the paper clarified.

6000 Terrorists Left Lebanon towards Syria over Past Five Years

The Lebanese security agencies unveiled that around 1300 terrorists out of 6000 ones who left Lebanon for joining ISIS and al-Nusra Front [Jabhat al-Nusra] in Syria had been killed over the past five years.

These numbers, counted by the Lebanese security agencies for terrorists who joined ISIS and al-Nusra Front in Syria and Iraq, shocked concerned parties, the Lebanese al-Akhbar newspaper reported in an article written by Radwan Mortada.

The writer clarified that those terrorists used three routes: either via Beirut Airport to Turkey and then to Raqqa province in Syria, or via illegal border crossings, or via sea.

France betrayed both French and Syrian peoples

The French MoDem MP Jean Lassalle, who is a candidate for the 2017 presidential election, has declared that France betrayed and deceived its people through distorting realities of events in Syria.

He underscored the need to give an explanation to the French people about the persons who are supported by Saudi Arabia and Qatar and the French government has sold them weapons in Syria.

"I have noticed Aleppo residents' will to live and to continue life despite destruction caused by terrorists," Lassalle, who was a member of a French delegation visited Syria few days ago, told La Chaîne Info (LCI).

Congresswoman Says US Is Arming ISIS, Introduces Bill to Stop It

Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has broken free of the corporate media’s narrative by accusing the United States of funding and arming terror groups al-Qaeda and ISIS.

“If you or I gave money, weapons or support to al-Qaeda or ISIS, we would be thrown in jail,” Gabbard tweeted on Saturday.

If you or I gave money, weapons or support to al-Qaeda or ISIS, we would be thrown in jail. Why does our gov get a free pass on this?

Most importantly, however, is her introduction of the “Stop Arming Terrorists Act,” which she presented last Thursday. In her presentation of the bill, Gabbard cited prominent publications such as the New York Times and the Wall Street Journalto show that the rebels the U.S. is supporting in Syria are aligned with al-Nusra (which is essentially al-Qaeda in Syria).

She is co-sponsoring the bill with Rep. Thomas Massie, who says the bill “would prohibit the U.S. government from using American taxpayer dollars to provide funding, weapons, training, and intelligence support to terrorist groups like al-Qaeda and ISIS, or to countries who are providing direct or indirect support to those same groups.”

These concerns are not conjectures — they can be verified by none other than suspected war criminal Tony Blair. A think tank founded by the former U.K. Prime Minister released a report in 2015 that concluded it was ultimately pointless to make a distinction between the various rebel groups on the ground since the majority of these groups share ISIS’s core belief system (and would impose Sharia law if they came into power).

“The CIA has also been funneling weapons and money through Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar and others who provide direct and indirect support to groups like ISIS and al-Qaeda,” Gabbard stated on the House floor last week.

She went into more detail:

The CIA has long been supporting a group called Fursan al Haqq, providing them with salaries, weapons, and support, including surface to air missiles.  This group is cooperating with and fighting alongside an al-Qaeda affiliated group trying to overthrow the Syrian government. The Levant Front is another so-called moderate umbrella group of Syrian opposition fighters. Over the past year, the United States has been working with Turkey to give this group intelligence support and other forms of military assistance. This group has joined forces with al-Qaeda’s offshoot group in Syria.

“This madness must end. We must stop arming terrorists. The Government must end this hypocrisy and abide by the same laws that apply to its’ citizens.”

Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration are well aware of the support the Gulf states have provided to ISIS.

The bill would prohibit any federal agency from supporting a terrorist group or funneling support through other countries that directly or indirectly support terror groups. It is also co-sponsored by lawmakers Peter Welch, Barbara Lee, and Trump ally Dana Rohrabacher.

Collapse of terrorist organizations in Aleppo pains supporters- Omani paper

The Omani al-Watan newspaper has asserted that the forces of evil, which have been involved in the plot of destroying Syria, are trying to stop the victory being achieved by Syrian Arab army and its allies in Aleppo city.

It clarified that these forces of evil draft UN resolutions under humanitarian pretexts or other fabrications in order to stop Aleppo's progress towards the great victory over the plot of destroying Syria.

The Hateful Racism Present in Meetings with Westerners

Dr Bouthaina Shaaban Reporting from Moscow

By Vanessa Beeley, November 6, 2016

In a world where lies and rumors replace facts, and become central to the corporate media narrative; in such a world you only feel absolute comfort when you sit down with friends, allies, and partners who share your principles, values, and ethical standards, and do not dispute the fundamentals of your principles and objectives.

As you go smoothly through the meeting’s agenda, simply because everyone means what he says and does what he promises, you start thinking about the difficulties you face with the other side, and you remember that the reasons behind the pointless discussion with their officials are lack of honesty and the contradictions between their true motives and what they express in public. Right there, you sense what is wrong with our world today, and what is the main source for the troubles we face, ranging from wasting time in pointless discussion all the way to the loss of innocent lives, the destruction of countries, and denying entire generations the right to education and a free and dignified life.

The foreign ministers of the Russian Federation, the Syrian Arab Republic, and the Islamic Republic of Iran met in Moscow, and it was clear that all of them are departing from a deep belief in the sovereignty of states, a rejection of foreign intervention, the right of people to decide their fate away from foreign dictates, a rejection of land grab by force, and absolute solidarity with peoples suffering injustice and the loss of their rights. And when the discussion is based on such principles, and on the unity of ideas, values, and ethics, it is not too difficult for such a discussion to reach important strategic conclusion, which would shape the future.

In such a meeting, hegemonic, colonial, and superior attitudes are completely absent; and you start to remember how hateful the racist approach present in meetings with Westerners, which demands you to prove your innocence at every juncture, thus robbing you of your humanity and your right to be treated equal, which should have been a nonissue in the first place.

In the Moscow meeting, I saw the coming world in which our children and grandchildren would live, a world devoid of racism; a world in which politicians, the media, and all people are honest and respectful of all human beings regardless of race, gender or creed. A world, all the inhabitants of which, wherever they may be, feel a sense of belonging and share a stake in its preservation and progress. A world in which everyone accepts and cherishes the different cultures and languages, and sees them as a gift from God rather than a pretext for national and racial supremacist claims. For despite all what Westerners and their media claim, the truth is that Western treatment of all other countries is a racist and supremacist treatment that seeks to advance the interests of the West at the expense of the rest of the world.

Looking at this coming world, I feel that the sacrifices of our martyrs and wounded were not only for us, but also for all mankind, for a better world and a better future. Looking at this future world, I am certain that we are living in a difficult phase of history resulting from the difference between what the West says and what it does, because it is fighting to preserve its colonial ways and its preferred methods of humiliating, destroying, and looting other peoples for its own benefit.

Looking at the future of our children and grandchildren, I feel that the battle we are fighting today was inevitable, and that it is for the greater good and for a better future for the coming generations. In this rich and constructive meeting in Moscow, I felt that the entire world is uniting to reject once and for all the concept of hegemony, and to reconstruct international relations on the basis parity, of respect, and shared interests.

Wherever I go, and whenever I write, I never forget to pay homage to the souls of our martyrs, and wish a speedy recovery to our wounded brave soldiers, because their blood and suffering are the torch that lights the path to freedom and dignity. I also do not forget to salute everyone who believed in the inevitability of victory, despite all the difficulties, and worked hard to achieve this victory, offering his life, money, effort, and prayers. As for the traitors, culprits, war profiteers, and those who call on the enemy to invade their country, they will be forgotten and they will never appear in the pages of history ever again.
